Annette Funicello (born Annette Funicello) was an American actor, performer and singer. She was best known for her role as one of the first "Mouseketeers" in the show 'Mickey Mouse Club.' In her teens, she began her career in the field of singing. She became famous for the hit song "Tall Paul" as well as "Pineapple Princess.' Annette was born in Utica to Italian parents. In her early years, she had a lot of anxiety. In an effort to create an impression in the world of entertainment, she began to dance and perform. Mid-1950s she gained significant recognition through her performances as a character in "Disney" sketches. Annette removed her Disney identity as an adult and began to play adult roles. Since she was one of the early actresses, she is acknowledged for introducing the "beach" style of party. Her appearances in movies included as "How to Stuff a Wild Bikini and 'Pajama Parties' and 'Beach Parties.' The singer continued to record music albums. Annette had been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1992 and passed away from the disease in 2013.
