Lofaso could achieve her dream of creativity by working with her. Black Market is not constrained to a specific direction which is exactly what the idea. It would start with dill-flavored potato chips Shishito peppers and follow up with Korean wings. Through her entire career, Lofaso has judged her accomplishment with her exceptional ability to understand her audience but still remain in line with her personal style. Lofaso released The Busy Mother's Cookbook 100 Easy and Delicious Recipes in 2012, together with Penguin. It also told the story of her challenges during her time at The French Culinary Institute.
