Abbie Cornish was born on 7 August 1982 in the Australian state of Victoria and is an actor. Her filmography includes such roles in Heidi from Somersault 2004, Fanny Brawne, Sweet pea in Suckerpunch 2011, Lindy In Limitless 2011. Clara Murphy in RoboCop 2014 and Sarah in Geostorm 2017. The actress also appeared with Martin McDonagh on Seven Psychopaths 2012 as well as Three Billboards outside Ebbing Missouri (2017). In the latter film, Cornish won her first Screen Actors Guild Award as an actor in the film. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin, who starred in Adventureland and The Mothman Prophecies among other films, was her father. Ann McDonough played the mother. The love and support from her parents made the choice to study acting a natural choice for the younger Betty Gilpin. Fordham College was her first selection when it came time to enter college. In Fordham she developed her talents. After graduation Gilpin began acting in Off-Broadway plays while auditioning for film and TV roles. The actress was cast as a frequent character on the network's Law & Order: Criminal Intent between 2001 and 2011. This was followed by small roles as a ghost in Ghost Town and The Northern Kingdom. Gilpin kept getting TV guest appearances throughout time. Her breakthrough occurred in 2013 when she got a role as an actress in the series Nurse Jackie. As Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin appeared on 34 episodes in the show prior to when Nurse Jackie concluded its run in June 2015. Gilpin also appeared in the thriller mystery True Story (2015).
